Since receiving his dental degree in 2001, he has dedicated his professional career to providing his patients with the best that dentistry has to offer. In the pursuit of excellence Dr Suaverdez has participated in numerous advanced cosmetic programs and courses. He is actively involved with Spear Faculty Club as well as a local Spear Study Club.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Suaverdez spends time with his wife Kiera and their four children. They reside in Goodyear, AZ, and enjoy being a part of the community. Dr. Suaverdez is a sports fan; his favorite teams are the Arizona Cardinals, Marquette Golden Eagles, and Phoenix Suns.

Dr. Phoeung, also known as Dr. Mai, was born and raised in the west valley near Downtown Glendale. She graduated from the University of Arizona with a Physiology degree and a minor in Spanish. In her first year of college, she decided to pursue dentistry after realizing that she can combine the hand skills from her first love of art with her passion to work in healthcare and serving others. During college, she discovered her lifelong dedication to community service. She has volunteered at homeless clinics, local community service events like AZMOM and Hope Fest, and with organizations like the Flying Samaritans in Mexico and the Global Dental Brigades in Honduras to provide free dental care to those in need. Today, she proudly serves her community as a trusted dentist Goodyear AZ residents rely on for compassionate and skilled care.
Dr. Phoeung also received her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ where she gained a strong clinical foundation in dentistry. Dr. Phoeung understands that oral health plays a vital role in your overall health, and she is dedicated to empowering patients so they can make the best informed decisions for their wellbeing. She loves getting to know her patients and her goal is to create a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere free of judgment. Dr. Phoeung takes great pride in her work and always aims to provide the highest quality of care.
During her free time, she loves exploring the outdoors, cooking new recipes, yoga, practicing art & calligraphy, and spending quality time with loved ones. Dr. Phoeung is joyful to be a part of the Estrella Falls Dentistry family and looks forward to working with you to reach your health goals.
