Growing up I always wanted to be in the medical field and had an opportunity through my highschool to take a co-op position at a dental office and was trained as a dental assistant at the age of 16. I fell in love with dentistry and was strictly an assistant for the first 8 yrs. When I moved to Phoenix from Michigan in 2003, I took a front office position and started managing in 2006. I have now been in dentistry for 31 yrs. I have been married for 21 yrs and we have 2 daughters. In our free time we love to snowboard as a family and watch our girls play soccer!

With 15 years in dentistry, I began my career at 21 and have since managed offices across the Valley. My approach to leadership is rooted in the belief of treating others as I would want to be treated—creating a supportive environment for both patients and team members. I believe every patient deserves the highest level of care and attention, and I strive to make every visit a positive, personalized experience. An avid hiker, I’ve explored many beautiful landscapes and scenic trails, yet it’s Arizona’s mountains and desert valleys that continue to inspire me. These days, I cherish spending time with my family, who remain my greatest source of balance and motivation.

Leanne has been in the dental field since earning her dental assisting certificate at age 18. After starting her career as a Registered Dental Assistant, she gradually transitioned to the front office, where she found her passion in treatment coordinating.
An Arizona resident since 2010, Leanne is dedicated to helping patients understand their treatment options and feel confident in their care. She truly loves what she does and takes pride in creating a positive, supportive experience for every patient she meets.

I was born and raised here in my home state of Arizona in a small border town and moved to the Phoenix area at 8 years of age. I was a medical assistant for 22+ years and transitioned to vision then dental where i have worked for the past 6 yrs. On my free time I enjoy going to the movies and listening to music.

I am a dedicated Dental Assistant who is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care. I take pride in supporting both patients and the dental team to ensure every visit is comfortable and positive. Creating a calm and welcoming environment is important to me, and I truly love helping patients feel confident about their smiles.
Outside of work, I enjoy painting, roller skating, baking pastries, and spending quality time with my husband and children. My caring nature at home reflects the same warmth and attention I bring to my patients each day.

I fell in love with dentistry as a child and have spent over 19 years as a Dental Hygienist, where I absolutely love helping patients smile with confidence with a gentle touch-and a little sparkle. When I’m not at work, you’ll find me traveling, baking, hiking and enjoying time with my husband, our two kids, and our sweet Goldendoodle.

With a decade of experience in dental hygiene, I’ve learned that a great appointment starts with a great connection. Originally from Washington State, I moved to the Phoenix area in 2011 and earned my degree from Rio Salado College in Tempe.
My passion for oral health is fueled by the relationships I build with my patients; there is nothing I love more than helping someone feel truly at ease in the dental chair. Whether you’re here for a routine cleaning or a more complex visit, my goal is to make your experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
When I’m not in the office, I’m usually chasing adventure outdoors. I’m a big fan of camping under the stars, catching live music at concerts, and soaking up every second of quality time with my family.”

I love taking care of my patients and I know they appreciate my dedication in helping them keep a beautiful and healthy smile. I thank God for my beautiful wife of 20 years and my wonderful son. I enjoy our time together, we travel as much as possible. I also enjoy going to the movies, sports, hiking, fantasy football and poker nights.
